No, it's not. As long as you give credit and don't profit from it, it should be fine.
There's some creative commons copyright law that I looked at a while back when YT was going crazy with removing audio. xD

I'm just about done translating and the middle/end part offers some story telling time ~ 8D

It'd probably be something like this:

1: "We're running out of time!"

2: "Why are you saying that?"

1: "Because I've been questioning something."

3: "I don't need your pessimistic attitude, we gotta hurry!"

4: "Stop fighting, it's only wasting more time!"

5: "...because we were only tools to buy more time."

/cutscene.

1: "So, our struggle was in vain."

5: "And we get all our answers about everything."

4/3: "Would you shut up?" and "That's not true!"

2: "That's the end...is it?"

That's not actually what I'd script, but it'd be similar. >_<

1: "I don't even know anymore."

3&1: "If the end comes, then will know."

2: "Maybe not."
at the same time.
&1: "Maybe."

1&2&3: "Because in the end, it was all worth it."
*Timings will be different.

3: "Because I protected you."

2: "And I met you."

1: "Is it really good bye?"

Sooo...record each line separately, I want to claim one...
So, uhmm...feel free to suggest modifications and stuff.
